These Priuses are known for head gasket issues and unfortunately, her engine overheated resulting in this major repair. We appreciate the patience she showed while we waited for our schedule to open with the time it took to complete this amount of work. Now with gaging the temperature more efficiently, this Toyota is back on the road and ready for more miles.
When a mutual friend called and said this family couldn’t start their vehicle, we went to help.
Although we were able to get it started, it continued to give them more problems. Instead of pouring more money into this vehicle that they had unfortunately just purchased, they were able to return it and we were able to get them into this Chrysler that fit their budget and needs.
